Marine Surveyor Needed - Recommendations?

Am looking for a good marine surveyor who works in and around SC, GA, and TN. Needs to be a thorough, no nonsense kind of person - you know - the kind buyers love and brokers hate.

Any recommendations are welcomed!

Maybe it can be help full to write what kind of Sea ray you are looking for, and which engines...

Some surveyor are for example better in diesel engines...

We got a very thorough survey in May '07 from David Robotham in Wrightsville Beach, NC Tel 910-509-1387 robothammarine@att.net but he may be too far away for you.

You don't list where you are located. Surveyors charge travel time. The states of GA, SC and TN give a huge territory. Are you looking at boats in all these states? I found a great surveyor from the SAMs site My Dash listed in the previous post. You have to do your own due dilligence and call the surveyors and interview them. I went through 3 or 4 before I selected the one I ultimately chose.
