Marine stereo and VHF radio combo???

Do any of you guys know of anyone that makes a marine stereo VHF combo unit? I need to replace a marine stereo and would like to add the VHF radio without adding another unit and more to the helm. Don't need the clutter and don't really have the space.

Lowrance has LVR 880 I dont think Lowrance is well known for vhf radios but its a vhf with a radio
