The place is totally vacant. Sign in the door says closed permanently. Next MM to the north is 25 miles in Stuart. To the south its 50 miles in Pompano Beach.

it closed a month ago. a few yard guys have a job at pompano and the techs went out on there own.

Wow!!!:smt009....that's discouraging. I remember when it was Basset Boat Company 25 years ago. One of our members in Australia traced his old Sea Ray to it's origins there.

I just put the old girl back in the water last weekend, out for 3 days for the annual hair cut and shave ! Replaced the anodes and installed a new gimbal bearing. The one I took out was the origional !

The closing is a shame, but the same thing is happening here in Australia. Our biggest manufacturer has gone bust (Riviera) and they were exporting all over the world, mainly to Europe and the middle East.
