I used to think a bracket was something you put a shelf on. Then my daughter came home last week from NC State with pages of brackets. We watched two or seven games and she was furiously scribbling and erasing the whole time. She is, of course, ecstatic that NC State made sweet sixteen but has predicted UK. Guess we'll see soon.

I tell everybody this.. There is a distinct string of events that have to happen. We have to win the Championship first. Then Calipari has to leave. Then the wins can be vacated. We're still working on the first step.

Yes. But, for my bracket's sake ($), I hope KU beats the Bucks. If that happens, I win. If OSU wins, I get (IIRC) 2nd. The UK-UL side of the bracket doesn't matter at this point I thought the front runners for POY would meet in the final. Either way, there will be some great basketball this weekend!
