Making water under the engine

I've been letting it sit for several days with the A/C off to try to rule this out. Will be back at the boat this weekend to see.
food for thought, but if theres still water there, if you can pump it out and get a small bucket or pan under the engine, you might start the motor and see if you get water in that pan? just a thought

Rudder packing?
Run down in to the bilge as soon as you get back to the dock to see if you can find a leak.
Water can be tough because it rarely pools at the spot it is coming in.
