Making new storage compartment

Kilroy, any idea what is required to install these? Also, what kind of cost? Thanks...

They basically cut out the indented area underneath each seat, and the flanged tub fits into the cut out area. A drain hose is attached to the bottom of the tub that allows water to drain into the bilge. It's a few hundred bucks for the whole thing.
