Making My SR More Fishing Friendly?

Just sell it and buy this. I did

Sweet! Congrats!

I convert my 310 into a mean fishing machine. I remove the rear 2 benches in my cockpit and stow them below. I no longer have any snap in cockpit carpet so the cockpit floor is clear.
I strap down a cooler on my swim platform that I use as a fishwell. I did purchase a kit to aerate a cooler, but I haven't installed it. I have 2 rod holders in my gunnels, but I have 4 more surface mount holders that screw down. I don't trust them with my Rods for travel, but to use while fishing ... no problem.
I also built a new table top that I use with my existing cockpit table stanchion for a rod holding, bait cutting station. See the pictures. We've had many a successful fishing trip.

Brilliant! What material did you use for the flat surface? StarBoard or something similar? Looks like you bot standard stainless rod holders. Did you repurpose your original table or did you buy new vertical tube and mount hardware to mount the new unit? If so, where did you buy that hardware?

Just do what I did. I sold my Grady White and bought an Amberjack a few years ago. Best of both worlds.
