Continue to have a fuel pressure problem on my port motor. The rpm only goes up to 3,000 at half throttle then no more performance from half to full. We discovered the fuel pressure at 20 psi and does not hold goes to zero.we have changed the fuel pump, fuel cooler, regulator and no improvement. This is the small block 2001 horizon. Only one fuel line from tank to fuel filter to motor. Does anyone have this issue or seen this that can offer any idea how to fix this? Thank you.
