Tim didn't awake this morning. It is believed that he suffered a heart attack overnight. He was only 58.

People often use the phrase, "to know (so and so) is to like him....", but it takes new meaning when speaking of Tim Tock. Everyone liked Tim. He was the type of person who instantly put people at ease, made them laugh, allowed them to trust. He was also a true boater. They upgraded from their 330DA to a new Formula in 2007, so he hasn't been active here in a long time, but many will recognize his blog: www.timandgina.net It's a work of art. When I clear my thoughts, I'll ask Gina for permission to make arrangements for the site to stay up as his legacy.

I wish I could find the words to do him justice, but maybe he wouldn't want me to. Tim was humble and self-afacing.

I miss him already.

I am truly sorry for your loss .... your closeness to him bleeds through so he will obviously remain remembered.

Very sorry to hear of your friend Tim's passing. Sounds like a man we would all admire and respect. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Sorry to hear of his passing. I'm glad he went peacefully and did not suffer a long demise. Our prayers to you and those he knew and loved him.

Very sorry to read of Tim's passing. Their blog and video clips have helped me pass many long winter evenings. Best wishes to his family and to you Rollercoastr in this tough set of circumstances.

Sorry to hear of the loss of your friend. I knew immediately it was the author of a blog I had followed a few years back describing their trip to the North Channel.
I'm sure he will be sadly missed

after reading thru 10 days of the blog, you get a feel for the author....boating truly lost a great guy....his posts are so well done, it feels like you're right there with them on the trip. Prayers for his family and friends who were surely blessed to have him in their lives...

Sad for sure. I remind myself everyday how short and precious this life is.

Sorry for your loss, so sad at only 58-:(

Sorry for the loss. It's never easy, but being so young is all the more heartbreaking.

I have read his cruise logs several times also. Very impressive. Absolutely heart breaking. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

I am so very sorry. My heart and prayers go out to his wife and all of his friends.

We could all be so lucky to be remembered as your friend was...sounds like someone we would all like to meet...someday we will. Sorry for your loss.
