The problem is you have no idea what the “document” is. Going to be difficult to prove up the document. It literally could be anything. The reporter will be subject to cross examination. All defense has to do is raise reasonable doubt. They would be better off with the pee pee tape.Naw, just a tape that sure sounds like a felony. On tape.
But sure, no big deal. I’m sure you are right.
Btw, he seems to admit he didn’t declassify this document with his mind.
Bring in some Cokes…
Oh, I’m sure you are right.The problem is you have no idea what the “document” is. Going to be difficult to prove up the document. It literally could be anything. The reporter will be subject to cross examination. All defense has to do is raise reasonable doubt. They would be better off with the pee pee tape.
And I wonder where that leak came from. Could put the evidence in jeopardy.
Oh they got him now. The walls are closing in. (That’s how we do it, right)18 US Code 793 (e), Whoever having unauthorized possession of, access to, or control over any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, or note relating to the national defense, or information relating to the national defense which information the possessor has reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation, willfully communicates, delivers, transmits or causes to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted, or attempts to communicate, deliver, transmit or cause to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted the same to any person not entitled to receive it, or willfully retains the same and fails to deliver it to the officer or employee of the United States entitled to receive it;
You are ok with this? Because…”her email?”Oh they got him now. The walls are closing in. (That’s how we do it, right)
I am perfectly fine with it. The US "over classifies" most things, not because it needs to be secret, but to protect the bureaucrats. I hardly think an old Iranian "war plan" means jack squat, unless of course you're a warmonger. It's all just misdirection as they destroy our freedoms and our country.You are ok with this? Because…”her email?”
Ah. ok then.I am perfectly fine with it. The US "over classifies" most things, not because it needs to be secret, but to protect the bureaucrats. I hardly think an old Iranian "war plan" means jack squat, unless of course you're a warmonger. It's all just misdirection as they destroy our freedoms and our country.
Felony? Maybe, but you recently saw how felonies are treated when done by politicians or their kids.Naw, just a tape that sure sounds like a felony. On tape.
But sure, no big deal. I’m sure you are right.
As the law reads I would say he committed a felony. And a slap on the wrist is probably all he will get. I agree. But people need to understand he did break the freaking law. No matter if you care about said law or not.Felony? Maybe, but you recently saw how felonies are treated when done by politicians or their kids.
Can y'all say "slap on the wrist?"
Don't believe it, just ask Hunter.
Wow….. judge and jury before the case is presentedAs the law reads I would say he committed a felony. And a slap on the wrist is probably all he will get. I agree. But people need to understand he did break the freaking law. No matter if you care about said law or not.
