The problem is you have no idea what the “document” is. Going to be difficult to prove up the document. It literally could be anything. The reporter will be subject to cross examination. All defense has to do is raise reasonable doubt. They would be better off with the pee pee tape.

And I wonder where that leak came from. Could put the evidence in jeopardy.

My favorite part about this story is Milley. Remember when Milley decided to send a drone over Iranian airspace - then it was shot down? Then the Joint Chiefs woke Trump up, and told him it was unprovoked and the US needed to retaliate immediately.

What did the warmonger, WW3 starter, nuke code seller, Trump do? He asked how many Iranians would die and chose not to respond….. but I digress.

Pretty cool that this highly classified document and the discussion of this highly classified document has been leaked to the MSM. 20 Years!!!!

I am perfectly fine with it. The US "over classifies" most things, not because it needs to be secret, but to protect the bureaucrats. I hardly think an old Iranian "war plan" means jack squat, unless of course you're a warmonger. It's all just misdirection as they destroy our freedoms and our country.

As the law reads I would say he committed a felony. And a slap on the wrist is probably all he will get. I agree. But people need to understand he did break the freaking law. No matter if you care about said law or not.

Seeing as they leaked a conversation, why not leak the document? Anyone see the document Trump is discussing ? Anyone know what document is being discussed? What makes Donald’s case when he said that? What was he waiving? Is it a news article? @Cdillerud ?? What info do you have other than the CNN comedy hour leak ? If it classified , did the people he was with see it?
