Loose hand rail/towel bar in galley of 310 S.D.

The hand rail/towel bar is loose in the galley of my 2000 310 S.D. It appears that the only way to get at the back side of the bar is to remove the fridge & the stove top. Has anyone else had this problem? If so any advise on the best way to fix this.
