We have owned our boat for three years. Usually trailering it to different lakes throughout Utah. This year we decided to join our local yacht club and slip the boat. I noticed last week that all my cleats are becoming loose. I have bow lines, spring lines for and aft, stern lines, and I have snubbers on the bow lines and the stern lines. Is this normal? The boat is a 1999 and the previous owner did have it slipped, but I know for a fact that none of my cleats were loose.

Certainly shouldn't be loose. Kinda strange that they all are getting loose. May just need to be snugged up. Investigate to see why. May need to remove and re-seat adding a larger stainless fender washer to the backing to beef it up. My brother in law had 1 on his 2006 320, we did just as above. Didn't find and reason other than nuts just backed off. So we changed his nuts over to nylon locking. Everything was solid. No issues after the repair.

Yeah I think it’s just gonna be a maintenance item. They’re not all coming loose but, about four of them.Couple of my stantions are loose as well. Are those through bolted also?

Yup, just a normal maintenance thing to do every so often. Resealing is also a PM thing, so it's good you're getting on this as it can lead to leaks. And then you'll be posting about "where is this water coming from?" :)

Yes, cleats/stanchions are thru-bolted. Reseal with something like the BoatLife products or any other good quality sealant (NOT 3M 5200!!!). I've come to like the BL stuff over the past couple decades, but other quality polysulfides are good, too. If you want to step it up a bit, look into butyl tape.
