Looking to have a mechanical survey in Cleveland

Looking at a non Sea Ray and also a Sea Ray. Both with gas engines. Both boats are out of the water but want to have a compression check done along with oil samples on the engines and generator.
On is repo which is my biggest concern so looking for a good person/company to do this. Any help is greatly appreciated.
