looking to buy a sea ray

hi all,

i am new to the site as of today. i do not own a sea ray, but have been seriously looking at buying either a 330 or 340 express cruiser (amberjack). i would really love any input, positive or negative, about these boats. so far i love the boat, but have seen it perform or spend any time on one. i figured a sea ray owners site would be the best place for some opinions.

any help would be greatly appreciated,

Welcome to the forum. Understand that the 34 EC as well as the 34 Sundancer are the most popular boat that Sea Ray has built in the mis size cruiser line. The production spans about 25 years.

Any idea about what year model you might be looking for?

I am looking at the 1997-2004 model year span. I acutally grew up on a 1984 340 sundancer that my father owned. A wonderful boat. I am looking into the 1997-2004 year span of the EC for the more fishing friendly layout.

Sounds like your a candidate for a 340 AJ! They can be had a pretty good prices right now.
