brand new to this forum and hoping for some answers. would like to get bow fillers cushions and starboard dimensions or pictures so we can fabricate them ourselves or get someone else to. price from my marine max dealer is crazy. also has anyone converted their pump out porta potti to a marine flush head ? any help or diagrams would be greatly appreciate. of course neither one of these issues are diagramed in my manual. only part numners with no pictures or dimensions
the site is great, really enjoyed going through the posts. well pictures next.

Welcome aboard, Bill!

The board is awful tough to give exact measurements via a forum because of the irregular shape. The best thing would be to make a template out of cardboard - then when you think it's right, transfer it to something like hardboard or thin plywood for the final template. You can then make the final pieces out of whatever product you choose. The OEM pieces (3 of them) have 2", plastic L-Channel underneath for stiffeners.

Then you can drop off the boat at an upholsterer to have the cushions made. The OEM cushion, just for a point of reference, is split in the middle so it folds longitudinally.

You might try a place like Flounder Pounder Marine to see if they have any surplus stuff.

Hi Dennis:
thanx for the idea's. hopefully i will get to see what it is and then can make the template from my boat. of course every dealer @ boat shows never has a model with the option so i could photo it. i'd buy the cushion from marine max since they only want 237 for it. the starboard is where they are crazy.

There's nothing special about the board. When you look at where it will fit, you can see that it fits in nice - like an easy, 3-piece puzzle. Don't put too much thought into this one - it's pretty straight forward. You could make it in 2 pieces, or 4 pieces. 3 pieces stores nicely, that's all - without being too cumbersome or having too many pieces.

You should be able to buy the plastic L-channel at any Sea Ray dealer.

Any Sundeck model will be constructed similarly.
