The boat your looking at is located at executive yacht and boat .. it has been fresh water all it’s life.
I know the first owner and it was hardly used the second owner has taken good care of it as well.
This is a broker full service facility in SLC Utah that has been a family run business for 30 years.
They broker well over 100 boats a year and are the biggest fresh water boat brokers in the west.
The boat your looking at has been very well taken care of.
As for your worry on the cockpit seats looking weathered I am pretty sure that is bad lighting. I know the boat was just cut and buffed and I think they are going to do the bottom paint as well.
This boat has a great trailer and I would spend the extra 5k they want to get the trailer with it. It will save you on the transport East if you don’t have to hire a lowboy transport company to do it and having the trailer will be very handy for winter lay up.
Call the owner kory Toone 801 550 2628 he will gladly send you better pictures of the cockpit.
I have sold four boats through them and purchased three. They did all the escrow on my 460 and they are my go to anytime I need to buy parts wholesale that only dealers can get.
