So my tension pulley (the lower flat/smooth one not the top grooved one) launched today. I already have a spare for the grooved one (Dayco PN 89004) on hand but I was wondering if anyone had the part number for the flat one. The bearing must have locked up and the plastic part melted and fell off triggering an over heat alarm. From what is left of the pulley I can also see that it is a Dayco Part.

If you happen to know the Dayco part number let me know as I was hoping to be able to pickup one at a local auto store and replace it this weekend if possible.

Thanks

I saw a lot of bad reviews on the plastic ones when I went to replace mine. In my case, the plastic part was fine but the bearings were toast on all of them.

I ended up replacing mine with something like Delco 89007 (not 100% on that number) but whichever one was the 3" diameter, since it's a metal pulley.

I have a couple of new-in-box plastic idlers like the ones you're looking for. On the plastic part, all it says is: DELCO PA66-GF15 (if that helps)

KevinC,did you replace the serpentine belts as well? Looking for that p\n. Thanks,Eddie
