I am currently looking at a 2002 BR 210 with a 5.0 EFI and not really sure much about them. It would be my first boat that I would own myself, my parents had a 97 185br and my dad sold it for a pontoon. I assume this boat has 240 horsepower, is that enough to move this boat around or does it struggle. Also are there certain things to look at on this model year. The boat has almost 500 hours and it has a roller trailer too. Thanks guys!

I have the same boat but, 3 years older. I have the 5.0L EFI 240 horse power engine. I do not have any issues with lack of power. We normally have 6 to 8 (usually half adults and half children) people in the boat and have had no issue pulling skiers out of the water. We regularly ski, wakeboard and tube behind it without an trouble. We have had as many as 10 in the boat, 4 adults 3 teen agers and 3 that were between 5 and 10, on non busy days and still ran strong with a little added time to plane.
