Hello, I've been a lurker on here for quite a while. I am in the process of purchasing a 1990 350 Dancer. Hopefully everything checks out in the survey. This is my first family cruiser as I am used to the go fast boats. If you guys have things I should look out for please feel free to chime in. Thanks

That would be the '90 350 DA. Sea Ray didn't make a 90' boat.
Good luck. It should be a solid boat, but the surveyor will determine that.

The early 90's 350/370 was a great boat. A friend of mine had one and really enjoyed it. I'm not aware of any inherent problems with this model but I do remember the boat being a little difficult to dock because of the prop pockets and the engines being close together. You just have to get used to hoarsing it around with the throttles a little to get it to respond. Also if you ever drop a tool or something in the bilge between the two motors you'll never see it again. I think Sea Ray installed a worm hole to another universe there. Good luck and welcome to the club! Mark

Good luck with it....that is a timeless hull design in my opinion....great lines!

That is one of my favorite Sea Ray's.
Sea Ray really had it dialed in during the late 80's and early 90's.
That same boat was also labeled a 370
As the other poster said. Great Lines. Very pretty boat and timeless.

I looked at a few 1990 35 dancers prior to buying my 400EC years ago. I still love the lines, layout, and size of that boat. You may want to doubble check the aft stringers for rot - if I remeber 2 of the 3 I looked at had some stage of stringer rot. Only other issue is the side window design was prone to leaking. All the best and have fun.

Thanks for all fo the replys. The 400EC would be my first choice but this 350DA fits my budget and my barn. I am hoping to hear from the surveyor yet today to hear his findings.

Well, unfortunately after my discussion with the surveyor I am going to pass on this one. To many suspect areas. Better to find out now than later. The search continues.
