Looking for a Manual for the power plants in a Sea Ray 350 Express Bridge (1993 model) the Diesels are Mercruisers Built in Belgium Model D254 TA Rating 200hp - 149kw according to specification sheets. Sea Ray Australia are unable to help they are saying they are VN Models - what ever that is

Sorry to bump up such an old thread. I also was looking for a manual for one of my Mercruiser D254 Turbo AC engines.
Ebay seems to be a great place to pick one up for cheap. Search for "Mercruiser Service manual #15". I picked one up for $30, way cheaper than the online stores can get them. Hope this helps someone
