Hi Folks ... I am upgrading my 270da panel with new switches, breakers, and panels from FlounderPounder. They do not have the momentary windlass switch for cockpit operation of the stock Lofrans Marlin and I'm not able to find any documentation on the switch amp rating, and so I'm having trouble finding a replacement. So, question please ... how many amps should the switch be rated for? Thanks ...

The stock windlass in 99 was a Lofrans progress one, but they are very close, not sure if that helps. Can you share a picture of what you are looking to replace? In an OEM setup, the switch on the dash only actuates a solenoid so there isn't a large amperage draw at the switch. It should just be a two position (Down, off, Up) momentary switch from Carling. I'm surprised that FP wouldn't have that switch in stock.
