The Line 2 Shore Power inlet fitting has a burned leg. Also, the shore power cord has damaged fittings as a result. How much would it cost me to replace both and could this contribute to small bubbles on all of the underwater metal? please advise.

You should be able to get the replacement ends thru West Marine or Defender, or at least see the costs. Re: damage to the underwater metal, a bad ground from the shore power cord could cause stray current electrolysis damage to it, and a lot faster than you might think.
