Can someone help me on how to replace the bulbs on these style lights. They are in the head and sort of pull down a bit. Feels like a spring.

If they are like all the others, then there are two "mousetrap" springs, one on each side of the light. The holes in the headliner are cut snug.
You are on the right track. Just keep pulling. The springs will snap back on your fingers once you get the light clear of the headliner, hence the "mousetrap" name.

Ah makes sense. Ok I'm going to just pull them down. So I'm assuming a wire will come down as well?

I'm not sure these pull down like that. I was trying last night and I feel like they were going to break. Do you need to twist?
