LG Searay Microwave Coffee Combo unit pot broke!!!

So my carafe broke to my LG microwave / Coffee unit and guess what they cannot be replaced, PERIOD! I spent 2 hours today trying to track down one of these suckers with no luck. Searay still sells boats with them in it but should one break on the showroom they said they have to take it out, junk it, and put a straight microwave in the boat. They are completely sold out and no one offers a replacement. No if, ands, or buts...!!! LG was about as much help as the dirt stuck to my shoe.

Going to keep searching net to see if I can find something close but if not guess ill have to break out the off Keurig one shot and stick that back on the boat. Said part was I really liked that coffee maker and a real space saver.

They come up on Ebay every once in a while! Keep your eye's open.

My carafe broke last year and I went through the same frustrating search. LG actually advertised the microwave/coffee maker combo with what looked like a stainless steel carafe but those were never sold. Only the glass ones that break easy. First part of the handle broke and then the carafe itself. And it was handled gently all the time! I will never buy anything from LG, period after this experience.

They no longer make the stainless steel model so white is as close as you can get but the pot should be OK

I could see if the thing was 10-15 years old but come on, they still are offering them on brand new 200K+ searays. Whats the dealer telling customers "oh by the way don't break the coffee maker as they stopped making them in 2004 and there's no parts" right before he signs the paperwork!
