The tail light, brake light , blinker lights on my trailer were old & corroded , I bought a new set of LED lights and installed them . The Brake lights and turn signals do not work , I made sure they were grounded properly and even Hooked my boat to the Reese hitch for added ground . Checked my connections , polarity all was good . Anyone have any idea what my problem is ? I'm not familiar with the LED's but heard they last longer

LED's are great. Have you checked the lights themselves to be certain the work? The connections from the truck? If both are good it is the trailer wire.MM

Check the polarity again. If it is not correct, they will not work.

How do the LED's you have ground? Is it a self grounding fixture, or is there a white lead?

I added LED's to my trailer and they were self-grounding. I dealt with various lights not working for a year and a half. I would clean the trailer where they made contact, move them around a little and re-tighten and they would work... for a little while and then they stopped working. I just couldn't get them to make (and keep) a good ground contact between the light base and the frame. I finally took them apart, soldered in a short lead, crimped on a ring terminal and screwed the lead directly into the frame. All has been good, now.
