My anchor light uses two festoon style bulbs. The round glass tubes with the contacts on each end provide 360 degrees of light spread. The LED festoons I bought to replace them have a circuit board in them so the light does not come out all around. Short of replacing my fixture, does anyone have any ideas?

We just replaced our navigation lights (side lights) and we had to replace the entire fixture. I don't believe it's possible to just replace the bulb and maintain the two-mile visibility requirements. If you find a replacement fixture I'd love to hear about it - I haven't tried looking for one yet.

Marinebeam sells two bulbs specifically for your fixture. I have them in my anchor fixture.

good timing on this thread....now that warmer weather is here we will be camping more often so the anchor light will need to stay on all night....I have been meaning to change out the incandescent bulbs with LED bulbs for a while so I just ordered a couple......

kind of pricey but probably good quality.....

but I did just spend $52 on a gallon of antifreeze for my Porsche Boxster yesterday so it is all relative.....
