Leave AC compartment, floor compartments open during the winter?

I realize this may be over kill but I cleaned the AC unit and the shower sump yesterday and their compartments. I bought plenty of damp rid.

What compartments do you keep open during the winter? I am have a mold phobia and want to make sure I am doing the right thing.

Any thing else other than damp rid I could/ should buy? I thought about a fan but it would have to be battery operated as I have no electric. Someone mentioned dryer sheets - what do they do?

Again, I realize I am stressing about this but don't want any problems come spring.

I remove everything that is not attached. I place 4-damp rid containers in the cabin with a small fan running. I place dryer sheets everywhere. They are supposed to deter insects especially spiders. I also block the ER hatch open about 2" so more air can circulate.

Last year everything can out perfect. I also check and refresh the damp rid every 2-weeks or so.
