Leaking oval windows

1st year Sea Ray owner 97 250 SunDancer.
We've had a recurring rainwater ingress problem collecting in the lower bunk. After much sopping we have concluded the oval windows are the likely culprit.
First attempt to explore the problem was to remove all screws - exterior & interior. The result is a window which remains firmly in place.
Any similar experiences?

it is siliconed to hull. use putty knife or piano wire to cut around porthole.

I too was amazed at how well secured they are. I lightly caulked around the outside frame and then replaced the screens and gaskets. I'll let you know how it works.

I had to replace all of mine due to leaking cracks and sun fade to the point I couldn't see through them.

If you install new, be careful not to crack them by over-tightening. I did this to one :-(
