Latest on replacement cushions?

Bench seat cushion on 21SPX took flight today. Was recaptured, but not before breaking into many pieces, so we're talking whole new cushion, not just vinyl replacement. Forum search resulted in mostly older threads. Any great ideas on how to order replacements at a less than bank-breaking rates?

Are they still available through Sea Ray since your a 2016 model? Otherwise it looks like the only thing salvageable is the foam and then would need to find the vinyl to match.

I have the vinyl

but the underlying structure is destroyed. Seen posts of $800 cushions, so trying to find better option before going to dealer....

Make one yourself not that hard you have all the pieces.

Pull out all of the staples,
Put the pieces together to make a template, trace it into 1/2” pressure treated plywood or starboard, and cut it out.

Reuse your foam and vinyl. Reassemble with an electric or air powered stapler.

Looks like the original used PVC board will cost you more but you will not have to worry about rot and mold.
