I understand that you don’t like portable generator. I have one on my boat but here in Stockholm archipelago we have a different way how to use the boat. I’m always stay at an island during the night. When I use my portable generator I’ll putting it on the island maybe 20 meters up so for me it’s no risk. I understand that have it onboard it’s very dangerous.

I wonder what he would charge for such a setup?
If he made a genny mount that could serve double duty as a bow cover he'd have a real winner on his hands. The generator could power a high volume pump to get rid of the water when taking the boat offshore.

I guess I'm always the skeptic looking for the what could go wrong whenever I see a portable generator on a boat. That little guy might stay dry, most of the time. But what happens when he has to go home and runs into 5-8ft following sea in the last inlet he has to transit headed to his slip. The paint job in the picture may look good now, but picture it under 8ft of emerald green water.

Come on now. You know he puts a box fan in that hatch to push the exhaust away when he's running the gen. Haters...
Guy gets high marks for securing that Honda though! Man alive...she's ready for just about anything there.
