Larger trim tabs and/or drop fins

I was looking closer at your drawings and saw a n angle of 103 degrees between the front leading edge and the sides where it folds down. How did you come to that angle?
The downfins need to be parallel with the water as you travel. I made a template to capture the angle, but was a little off. Can’t remember which way though.

Ok so I'm guessing your transom had a little curve to it giving you that angle. I'd have to wait till I haul out again to check for angles on mine as I can't see them when running due to being under the swim platform.

Has anyone found a not so expensive source for sheet stainless? I was looking at couple places online and looks like for two pieces 17"x 32" would be $700-900. Stainless sure has gotten expensive I guess. This was for 316 11 gauge.

I had a machine shop build mine. I think they were 12 gauge, and about $300

I was thinking of adding a second set to mine between the tunnels. I remember how good they worked when added to my 390
