Heading out on Lake Washingmachine (Washington) today for the day with my Cousin Brady and his family on "Brady Bunch".

The kids should have fun in the sun.
We're launching at Magnuson park which I haven't been to in 15 years at least. That should be a hoot. Lot's of rookies there.

Anyway if you're out on the lake keep an eye out.

we put in at Magnuson. I hadn't launched there in forever. Brady towed the kids on his inflatable for awhile. Then we went down to Andrews bay(Seward Park) and dropped the hook. There was quite a few boats with the same idea. We were there for a couple hours and then the wind picked up. Nothing major, but more and more boats came into "hang out".

Around 3 or so a 265 decided he needed to go in between our boat facing north on the hook and the boat north of us, also facing north on the hook. Well as he tried to swing through he wrapped my anchor line around his Bravo III props. Brady and I fended him off while I asked Mo for my mask. Over I went. Luckily he wasn't on the throttle and shut her down when we knew. The Bravo IIIs can turn a line in a nice macrame project. I dove down and got it unwrapped.....the guy says "sorry dude" and keeps meadering around the bay.

Brady took off around 5ish and we headed up to Kirkland to meet my Brother on his boat the "Fun Tide". We then dropped the hook in Juanita bay and hung out there until about 8, then watched the T-storms roll in, we decided it would be a good idea to get off of the water. It was a full day.

Yes this is me behind this Maxum. I need to apologize if I offended any Bayliner owners. This guy has a Maxum. I thought it was a Bayliner at first glance.

We're thinking about going to Aquapalooza. I should probably e-mail Kay to get on the list.
Are you going?

Hi Todd and Monica - Thanks for helping with items for our Scavenger Hunt in Andrews Bay on Saturday. Cathie I were quite surprised to get 3 place among all the kids, the breeze felt good outside of the wagon wheel. On the same weekend as Aquapalooza our Bellevue Yacht Club will be at Port Ludlow and would welcome you guys as guests if you want to be on the salt water.

Thanks again

Yeah, it was great to see you guys again. Looks like a well organized group.
We'll stay in touch and meet up again. Thanks for the invite. I'll keep you posted.

BTW, it was me in Juanita Bay... You looked a bit startled when I called out your name! That's what you get for being famous!

I went to Aquapalooza last year, it was a fun time... depending on what you're looking for. They were set up in a large wagon wheel. To one side seemed to be quite a few families and when it got dark, they settled down. Toward the other end was the party crowd and it went pretty good until 11pm or so.
