As previously posted, I will be heading up into LSC after the 4th for the week then staying at Harbor Hill for the Gold Cup. Our group was thinking of doing a night or 2 on the hook before the races. We have little local knowledge (but do have charts). Any suggestions for a safe anchorage?

Anywhere on LSC would be OK. Yes we have passports.

If you wanted to swim I would suggest Big Muscamoot Bay. You can anchor in waist deep warm water. The bottom is nice and the water will be pretty warm. Little to no overnight traffic to worry about. If the weather is good during the day this is where the party will be. Sunsets are usually great from the bay.

Looks like the CSR LSC raft up has fallen apart. What about a weekend in August? I will say August 20th at Poormans, Belle Maer side. Belle Maer side is nice and sandy. Who's in??? I will start it, I know Rumrunner on here will be there...

I could do August 20th, will be bringing my parents as they just bought a 89 300 Sundancer, my sister (she is using my old boat 73 22 srv) and a few non searay owners (we can make them park out side the raft and be wish they had searays LOL)
