With the heat-wave we are having here in Michigan, I am more than ready to start the 2011 boating season. That being said, who here on CSR boats on Lake St. Clair?

I'm coming up for the Gold Cup. Plan to make it a vacation by staying several days on LSC. Does that count? :huh:

I go out 2-3 days a week (but avoid weekends since I'm retired),
but I wish the fish flies would move somewhere else

Last year we spent the night at Put-In bay. I got a little scared once the sun went down! That place is crazy.

Well, we have 3 boats so that officially makes a raft-off.

Where is the raft off going to be? the Moot? Poor Mans?

I will be coming with about 5 boats that should help the raft off a bit to, i am open to just about anywere as long as there is sun and water i am happy

The moot may be better for planning an event this far in the future, and the sandy bottom is better than the clay at poor mans. Let me know what you guys think.

What date should we target? I am thinking 6/18....the week before nooner?
