Lake Michigan Bucket List of spots or places to see by water

Leland was one place we went with my sister and her husband .Left from traverse city and went up around the peninsula and down to leland .It was a fast checkmate 23 footer that went 70+,we had to stop and swim a few times to warm up.went past suttons bay and the northport light .When we arrived we had a nice walk around town and dinner then a quick ride back under blankets to stay warm.That was in the mid 80s,Ive heard it has changed but is still nice.

Leland has a a brand new marina and nice staff. Fishtown is unchanged as is the town.

Ok When did this turn into a discussion of Boaters beach....???? I thought it was for vacation places in Lake Michigan.???? Let's get back to task gents.....Come on, No thread Jacking...
You know what, Little Traverse Bay, Up near Bay Harbor and Charleviox, is lowering their slippage fee's and our on the Web in order to draw in more boaters....It's in Lakeland boating this month, A very nice article...We've been meaning to take a trip up there, maybe stop in and Harbor Springs as well.
