Lake Eufaula

I boat at Eufaula but not with my Sea Ray. I have a bay boat I use there. I use the Amberjack off PCB. It would be a neat trip across the intracoastal and up the river and back, but it would not be worth the time and expense at this point in my life.

Where do y'all go when at the lake?

So we rafted up today. Which was at first at this lake. There was a restored 1976 Newman with us. That boat was very nice. It looked brand new. Wish I would have got a picture.

Just saw your post. We actually just sold our property at the lake. We usually fished and played on the lower half of the lake. Hope you enjoy the lake as.much as we did. If you are new to the lake watch out for tree tops and floating logs. Will fish occasionally out of Chenehatchee (sp?) or Lakepoint.

Nowhere near knew to the lake. We usually put in at highland and hang out there of hardridge, or put in at white oak and go just a little north to the sand beaches. We used to have a place in stoneridge, but someone wanted it more than I did.

How's traffic on the lake this season? It's encouraging to see lots of boats on the water. I am glad not to have the responsibility of a house there now but I miss the convenience of boating from the house. Sorry for the assumption that you were new to the lake.

No problem on the assumption. I didn't mean to sound pompous. The traffic is kinda slow right now but it has picked up considerably since mothers day. As of right now the water level is almost full pool. I'm sure that will not last long.
