Lake Cumberland Poker Run

Well, the greatest weekend of the year is approaching albeit its bitter sweet because it means summer is winding down. But going to the Lake Cumberland Poker is my favorite weekend of the year.

Actually plan to roll down on Tuesday after Labor Day and stay the entire week. :smt038 Its going to be great to have 3 days with just the admiral and a quiet lake to hang out and relax. Then, we'll get to watch the big boats and the party roll in. I've seen some nice SR's down there. Anyone on here going to be in Harmon Creek?

I think I will avoid it this year and stay around Grider Hill. I have been to everyone since they started and last year was in Harmon to witness the mob.

I had a slip at State the last couple of years and it was nice to be able to walk down to Mardi Gras but not going to drive the boat up there this year. I must be getting old.
