Corporal,sorry,was far beyond that rank,and as for your remarks about my pet potbellied pig,I find it funny. I have a pig that is alot smarter than your average dog, and loves going on the boat and running on the beaches. he is potty trained,NEVER POOPED OR PEE in the house.can you say that about you dog? I just laugh at the posts now because you have no clue how good a trained potbellied can be for a pet and gets along great with my golden retriever and nova scotia duck toller/ basenji .

Capt. Sundancer. Thank you for your service to this fine country that we all to often take for granted.
Now.... My dogs have crapped in the house on more than one occasion, comes with the territory I suppose, but that doesn't make them dumb....they just had to poop and no one was home to let them out. At least they have the sense enough to do it on my kitchen floor and not the carpet Now, who is the dumb one? ME! Because I KNOW that eventually they're gonna have to go out and do their business but they're gonna have to do it on my schedule? End result...crap in the kitchen
My cat has coughed up more than one hairball. My birds have pooped on my shoulder. My fish, thank goodness he's contained to a bowl because I can't imagine the havoc he'd wreak!
Let's face it, we ALL have pooped at least ONE TIME somewhere that's out of the norm for our species....well, not me...lol but that's a different thread all together.
My girlfriend and (ex)brother in law both owned potbellied pigs. Michele wasn't able to keep hers because let's face it, a townhouse isn't the appropriate setting for a pig. And the brother in law...well, he had a farmette and had the right settings, just not the right frame of mind. They both wound up giving them to the auction to go who-knows-where. At least they had the sense to know that it's not your average pet and not in their capabilities.
