Kudos to Marinco

Last week as I went to disconnect my shore power connection from the outlet I found the black knob on the locking screw had fallen off the screw and was nowhere to be found. After searching Marinco's website I could not find it available as a separate item. After searching the Internet with no success I wound up back on Marinco's site. I requested assistance on their "Contact" section. After a few days I received a response letting me know they were sending a replacement. I received it yesterday. I know it is a little thing but the only other option I found was to purchase a new adapter. Saved me a few bucks.
