Have a 5ecd kolher generator out of my 2006 340
Sell for parts only but could probably be running again in the right hands with some overpriced spare parts
Gen had loc code and shut down after 10 seconds when I purchased it.
After hours of troubleshooting and parts this still did not fix it.
Pulled out of boat before winterizing and spent more time in my garage with no change.
I believe it needs a new adc2100.
Wife put her foot down and we are getting a new generator.
I have installed new water pump impeller fuel filter heat exchanger anode back flush the heat exchanger new map sensor new injector and voltage regulator.
Cleaned fuel pump housing and checked fuel pressure all perfect.
Replaced all ground connection and bypassed water pressure and oil to see if that fixed it. All sensors are good
Tested k5 relay checked board
Checked co board as well.
As you can see the components I replaced
I will throw in the manuals I printed off as well
Gen only has 115hrs on it
I have over 800 dollars into it and probably 60 hrs of trouble shooting
I'm asking 1,500 cad
I'm located in British Columbia
