The genset started and ran fine at dewinterization. The next time I tried to run it and since it will not turn over after a few seconds of trying to start. The oil, gas filter and plugs where changed last November. I did not change the impeller. The error code is “OC.” Any ideas?

"Turn over" you mean it cranks over but does not start?

OC is "over crank". Doing a quick search it leads to a faulty fuel system..... fuel pump or filter.

Pretty certain OC is a red herring, just means it tried to crank 3 times, failed each time to start, so it throws the error OC. (Not sure why we need an error code telling us it failed to start, we are aware!)
Did you/they bleed the unit after changing the fuel filter? That would cause this, but I’m certain that would have been done, but maybe not if it was done during winterization. I have the instructions if needed, and the whole operations manual... also, if it sounds like the battery is weak, that can cause this as well (along with fuel pump/fuel filter issues already mentioned...)

Currently I need to replace the choke on my generator, so it doesn’t like to start unless I go down in the bilge and hold the choke open for a second. Then it’s fine. Just saying if the fuel doesn’t solve the problem u can go down and see if the choke is opening when cranking the motor over
