Every year when I winterize the boat I replace the zinc in the genset. It is always seized in the hole and I have to remove the heat exchanger and drill the old one so the new one will fit. This is a pain the ass, what am I doing wrong? Should some additional prep work be done that will prevent this from happening? Thanks - Bryan

Rather than drill them, have you tried working them out with two small flat screwdrivers? That's how I do it each year. Can't understand why it had to be installed in that position on the exchanger.
