So yesterday my genny sucked up some seaweed. I heard the sound change in the exhaust and shut it down right away. After cleaning the stainer I went to restart it and it will only run for 2 or 2 seconds. I have good water flow, impellar is fine. Oil level is full.
WTF.
I think maybe one of the safety sensors is stuck open and shutting it down. I don't have the LED's or a place to pull code from that I know of.
I also am having a hell of a time figuring out where the overtemp sensor, exhaust temp sensor and low oil sensor are located on the stupid thing. Can't find them in the Kohler schematics.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
