Hello all...we are starting to plan our summer vacations. Going to take two, one week cruises. One wit kids and one without. Our home port is Muskegon. Looking for what ports people have visited that are kid friendly and or just don't miss destinations. Much appreciated and Happy Holidays.

We love South Haven and visit every 4th of July, the Municipal Marina is 1st class built with our tax dollars so enjoy it.
We make a short stop in Saugatuck so our puppy can sniff all the other designer dogs butts.
Pentwater is also nice.
Frankfort is very nice.

Thanks, you guys are pretty much confirming what I already knew. My dad lives on a boat in Elk Rapids so have been up and down the coast. But it has been a few years and this will be the first time with our own kids.

Google Milwaukee. Kids love Discovery World and the Betty Brinn children's museum. The river is also a blast to explore w/ kids. Don't know if you have crossed but, that is pretty cool as well. Mike

Bumping this back to top. Looks like St Joe has a decent kids museum and activity center.
