Report: US Gas Prices Could Double Soon, Amid Potential Supply Shortage

While I agree vetting is important and a lot of headlines are clickbait, they do reference a post millennial report (no clue who they are). That report has pictures of stations reporting they are out of fuel. Bottom line the energy situation in this country is in shambles.Who the hell is Newsmax? That “article” has no facts at all. It gives no reason for a potential shortage of fuel. Panic inducing headline with just a mention that with “supply seemingly shrinking” prices are going up. Fear mongering at its finest. If we are going to bash the liberal media for doing that, we have to hold the conservative media similarly accountable. Wake me when this predication is heard from a known news organization - and there are details as to WHY a shortage is likely. This “article” is just as biased as The NY Times, just not as cleverly hidden and in the opposite direction.
Maybe a more reliable source...Who the hell is Newsmax? That “article” has no facts at all. It gives no reason for a potential shortage of fuel. There is no unbiased reporting. Anywhere! Ever! But that doesn’t excuse crappy or biased reporting.
That's like straight the farque down since summer of 2020. Not even a dead cat bounce.https://www.eia.gov/opendata/v1/embed.php?type=chart&series_id=PET.WTTSTUS1.W
EIA, govt website saying stocks of crude and petroleum products hitting an 8yr low...
that seems like a significant change on the supply side to me.
Remember in 2008 when the analysts breathlessly warned of impending $200+/ barrel for oil? Yeah. Not saying it's not bad, but....That's like straight the farque down since summer of 2020. Not even a dead cat bounce.
They have already taken away driving lanes in downtown Pittsburgh and put poles up to keep cars out of those lanes and reserved them for bikes. Did that about 3 or 4 years agoThis is what they're working towards. The city folks are all going to end up skinny with strong legs because they'll be expected to walk or pedal. Things like removing automobile parking and making it safer for pedestrians and bikes is already pushed in some European cities, even here in the states a little. It isn't a joke, you'll be saving the earth, you must do your part.

I didn't. I don't live in the same county but yeah those that voted for these folks let them do it.Which means YOU let them do that. Just saying..,,
That's a good example of how bad cars are. When they're gone it be much safer. You will be able to enjoy your ride to the marina to take out your Sunfish.I didn't. I don't live in the same county but yeah those that voted for these folks let them do it.
On another note there is a bike lane on a busy road near our marina that has the lane crossing traffic in a pattern basically changing lanes in front of the other lane then a few bikers got hit by cars and they wondered why.
You can see here where I drew the red line (yeah the biker looks drunk if he follows my line...lol). But you can see where it cuts over and puts the biker in between the 2 lanes of cars. There is a 4 way traffic light at the bottom of that pic but straight through is a private business so not many cars go straight. The right lane is for turning right only and the far left is either straight (which not many do) or turn left.
Who designs this stuff?
