Kahlenberg compressor quick connect fittings

Does anyone know if it's possible to disconnect a Kahlenberg instant connect fitting? My compressor failed and I'm trying to replace it, but I need to get a quick connect fitting apart. I don't want to apply too much force so I don't break it.

Nevermind, I figured it out. You have to push in on the red connector, then pull the tube out. Then you can pull out the male end of the connector. Then you trim a bit off the end of the tube and reinsert it into the male end of the connector and hook it up again. I thought this might be useful to someone else some day.
