So I’ve been reading a lot of the old threads while watching YouTube Boat Zone Miami, it’s friggin cold “for me 40” so didn’t go to the boat. Do you realize the amount of great stuff we have on this site?!? If you can’t

Get an answer from someone “been there, done that”
Get a group that REALLY wants to help solve a problem
Then you’re missing the boat “Ha Ha”.

Speaking of reading. I bought this for my phone. Only up to the part of him entering West Point before the war, hoping the action picks up. Was a total badass. Tecumseh was actually his first name. His father named him after the most kick ass Indian chief of the time. When he entered west point he added William as his first name cause he caught too much shat.

I certainly do not miss the LI weather in the fall/winter/spring. Late spring maybe - nah not even then. I feel your pain. Going to be upper 60's here this weekend. Boat is still in the water. Feeling lucky ... Not to rub it in.

I read through the whole thread, good stuff. I got to clicking on members names, I was shocked about how many were "last seen" in 2020,2021. Did covid get them, or they just find something else to occupy their time?

More likely the Fauchi shutdowns got them than the china virus.

I ran into Nehalenni on Facebook with the same name. I asked him why he doesn’t come back…. He really didn’t have an answer
 
It was amazing to go back and read that thread again and see all the members that were big contributors but aren't on the site anymore. Life changes, but I guess not for me. Hell, I even have the same boat I did back then.

I have my next boat picked out, much to the admiral's dismay. It is a Chaparral. But you guys will be stuck with me even after the switch.
