Hello will you be attending the concert again this year? I have often wanted to take my sea ray 260 but frankly not something do first time to do solo.
 
Well its on a TUESDAY this year at Jones Beach Ny with no follow up show on Thursday. So maybe we will, but after 6 years of great tickets were thinking about just walking ALL the parking lots and take pics and pass out drinks and vodka soaked gummy bears.

That is awesome. I wish we could do that here when he's at Jones beach. But unless you have a very clear day with a good wind to carry the sound you just can't hear it.

About a quarter mile. Problem is the stage and speakers face north west, you can only drop the hook south South east so you need a clean clear day with a wind coming out of the north north West to hear it. I'm dieing to go to the concert just can't take the time off work right now. .. I do hear the people go to the tailgate and never go in top the concert. It's better in the parking lot then inside and is free just pay the parking
 
I take two days off the day of and the day after EVERY year. I'm not a big time off guy all year long so that IS my time and I try to roll it into a long weekend when he plays on Thursdays. Yeah I'm a higher up ans things tend to go to **** when I'm gone but I don't care for those two days. And we get REALLY in the mode! Yeah the first and second parking lots are incredible, 10ft tall ice luges on trailers and they are pouring free liquor of your choice, COMPLETE full Tiki Bars, a bus thats turned into a 3 masted pirate ship with fold down side walls on chains. Its really like nothing you have ever experienced before. We have been to a few venues and seen him but NONE can compare to Jones beach.
 
Not many know that Jimmy takes his private plane for a ride over these venues before the gigs to look at the folk and see what they are up to. He says he just can't believe what folk get up to and absolutely can't believe the following he has because he admits he's not the best singer in the world:) His concerts are just great though and he has a very different type of sound. On top of that if you see him in WPB he's a really nice down to earth guy too.
 
His "Margarilla Team" also run the Phantom II Drones over the parking lots and video all the action and then put it up on the screens during the concert. He vacations in Sag Harbor on Long Island at his house. Its REALLY sweet, and the dock is awesome. Yeah its all about the good time the quality can be beat but not the experience!!
