Legit question I think. Over and over again I keep hearing Trump is guilty or should be charged with insurrection. I believe over a 1000 people have been arrested for what keeps being called an insurrection. Of the 1000 I don’t think any have been charged with that crime. I saw seditious conspiracy for a couple and while that treads on insurrection it is different. How can the Supreme Court be ruling on an insurrection case when no one arrested that participated that day has been charged.

I agree but I think my big problem is we just make up a crime that no one Is charged with and say he did it. Why not say rape robbery arson etc. It’s scary to me. Supreme Court already leaked that he can run

It’s not a made up crime. It’s one that I am guessing proves hard to convict, which is why he is charged with the other crimes pursuant to the overturning of the election results like obstruction, etc.

Pretty interesting that the supposed bomb at the DNC headquarters on Jan 6th, where Legs Up happened to be, was never detected. New video released shows a “bomb sniffing dog” in the area, with the handler, at 9:50 the day of Jan 6th. Goes right by the bench and detects nothing.
