Jacking up Seville 19 BR

I need to replace the carpet on the bunks on my trailer.

I'm planning to do one side at a time.

is it possible to jack up the boat while on the trailer?
I'll make a wood cradle to fit the keel and use a floor jack so I can hopefully slip the bunks out for re-carpeting.

i would jack it up underneath near where the engine mons are as I assume that's the strongest part of the boat?

has anyone done this? Should I do this - risk damaging the boat?

When I did the carpet on my bunks when I had the 210 I jacked one side, replaced the bunk then did the other.
